These are very moist cake-like blueberry muffins.
1 & 3/4 C. flour
2 &1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine and make a hole in the center to pour the wet ingredients into.
3/4 C. melted butter
3/4 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Add to the hole in the center of the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Fold in 1 C. blueberries
Fill paper lined muffin tins full. Bake at 350* for 15-18 minutes.
